This place had good vibes and a chill atmosphere. I've never seen the movie Goodfellas, but if this place is anything like it, then the movie must have amazing pizza. The pizza slice was bigger than my head while the bread stick was the length of my arm, both very affordable. The bathroom was the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen and I pondered whether or not to pay rent to stay there. Overall, we ate pizza so five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A friend recently recommended Goodfellas Pizzeria OTR Cincinnati. I had to try it next time I was in town because I love NY style pizza! Yummy food, a great atmosphere, and super helpful staff made it such a fun experience. Huge shoutout to EJ for taking such great care of us—top-notch service! We’ll definitely be back!

Second time here was traveling through a city with family and decided to stop in the first time I had a blast This time however, multiple problems the pizza came out overcooked each slice was hard as a rock. You can see in the pictures it even bubbled and separated from the middle. We told the chef who came and dropped off our meatball sub after and he said oh yeah we made a mistake and left it in for too long and then just walked away We ate less than half of the pizza. Even less if you count the portions that we just threw back on the tray Our server never came to check on us. Never came to refill our drinks or to ask how our food was Very unhappy will not be back and will definitely not be recommending it to people the way I tried to this time

Everything was great, the staff were professional and friendly. I ordered two pizza one cheese and the other with few Veggies and Beef. The sauce was good, the dough had good texture, perfectly cooked but was tough. It gives your jaws a good workout. I am assuming the dough was fresh and didn’t have time to rest. Another complaint I have, I ordered beef for my pizza topping and without exaggeration, you can’t see it, it felt like beef powder. I paid 80+ and didn’t enjoy to be honest. However, I understand it was late night so I am going to try them again and write a fair review: UPDATE: 12/27/25 We came in again, but during the day to try it out again. Different staff, still professional and very friendly. They took our order which was almost exactly the same as last time but this time i came with guests. Now thats a ***** great pizza. The dough was perfect the sauce was amazing and the portions for the beef was just perfect. 12/29/25 I am now here again with the kids. We were greeted by Dunk’n, he was great, remembered us immediately, gave us a vip treatment, helped us with Monday promotions, without even knowing about the review. His attitude and hospitality made our day. Will

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience! I’m a huge pizza fan, and Goodfellas Pizza on Main absolutely delivered. I love New York–style slices, and this is one of the few places in Cincinnati that really gets it right. The slices are big, flavorful, and they always have a great variety to choose from. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite while walking through downtown or sitting in for a full pie, this spot is a must-try. Don’t forget the breadsticks—they’re incredible. I usually mix and match different slices with different toppings, and every time the quality is consistently great. The whole vibe of the place reminds me of New York. If you’re in downtown Cincinnati, don’t miss out on Goodfellas Pizza. Highly recommended! 🍕
